Elite Academic Athletes

  • Event Type: Individual

    Tournament Packet Pay Scale:

    DI - $150
    DII, DIII, NAIA, JUCO - $150

    The first coach from a school will have to buy a packet, all other coaches from the same school will be admitted free.

    Coaches are required to purchase the packet and general admission is not offered to NCAA coaches.

General Install Process

Prior to The Event

  • Download a free copy of FileMaker Go 12 for iPhone or FileMaker Go 12 for iPad from the iTunes App Store.

  • Purchase the coach's packet and Event Pro or Event Pro Elite app from Elite Academic Athletes.
  • Download the Event Pro or Event Pro Elite app (Available starting Monday, July 8).
  • Activate the app on the device you will be using at the Elite Academic Athletes event.
  • See all the personal and academic information for each player. Plan in advance which players, teams, and games you want to see by selecting them as favorites.

AFTER THE EVENT

  • Continue entering and editing evaluations and ratings through Tuesday, July 16 (Event Pro Elite only).
  • Print a PDF of the coach's packet for future reference through Friday, August 9.
  • Print a PDF event summary of all your activity at the event through Friday, August 9 (Event Pro Elite only).
  • Export your evaluations and ratings to Excel for easy upload into your recruiting system through Friday, August 9 (Event Pro Elite only).
